Good opening night at CNS! Had to run the old car, because I didn't have time to shake down the new car. Old faithful was a little off when we unloaded, but thanks to friend and crew member Ray Daniels we got the car much better for the main event. Got out early and lead most of the laps, but got loose coming out of turn 2 and let Gary Land get under me :( . I'll take 1st looser (2nd) considering Gary was damn fast all night and we were on old tires! Can't wait to get the new car dialed in!!

New car's back from paint and graphics, and it looks GREAT! Many thanks to Dale Moore, Phantom Graphics and Don Williams, Backyard Customs for a great job, as always!! Lots of little things to do still to be ready for opening night :(

We're excited, we brought the new car home from Wilson's today!! Had to write the big check, GULP, but as Janie says, Quit Whining!! The new car should be much lighter, which should allow us to pickup our game a little this year. First straight front axle car I've ever owned, so that will be a new setup challenge for us, but you gotta have challenges, right? Lots of work to do now! We have to get the old car cleaned up as the CARC has asked if we'd have it on display at Colorado's 25 Annual Oval Track and High Performance Trade and Swap Meet. January 25th & 26th 2013. Hope to see you there.
